Job Description

This role involves maintaining and repairing property vehicles, including routine checks on oil, fluid levels, tire pressure, and battery charging. The successful candidate will have excellent mechanical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain proper maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
  • Perform minor routine maintenance on property vehicles.
