This is a critical role within our organization, requiring a high level of technical expertise and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems and equipment to meet manufacturing needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of CAD software and design principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
