Job Responsibilities- Prepare Drink Orders: Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Serve Wine and Champagne: Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
- Maintain Bar Area: Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
- Prepare Fresh Garnishes: Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
To be successful as a Mixology Specialist, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
