We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Business Analyst to join our team in Costa Rica. As part of the Logistics Global organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of integrated warehouse systems, tools, and infrastructure across the region.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of integrated warehouse systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, Intel IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Requirements:**
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Engineering / Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in Multinational Companies (especially in logistics/manufacturing areas).
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain management principles, including transportation management, warehousing, and inventory control.
