The Global Regulatory Reporting (GRR) Data Transformation team is responsible for implementing and adopting enhancements to Citi's Data Operating Model (DOM) in relation to data consumed by the GRR organization. This team plays a crucial role in understanding stakeholders' concerns within the Controllers organization relative to data quality and availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the definition and implementation of demonstrable data controls covering different dimensions to ensure accurate, consistent, and complete data used by Data Consumers.
- Certify data to ensure safe, accurate, and controlled sourcing, transport, access, and storage of data at the consumption layer.
- Perform preliminary assessments of ADS DQ dashboards and artifacts prior to reviewing the attestation process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing Data quality initiatives and operations, Data analysis, and BI technologies.
- Proven experience of leading and working on data profiling, data quality, root cause analysis, and data certification.
