Chief Excellence Strategist

About the Role

The Chief Excellence Strategist will play a key role in driving process improvement across Stryker's Shared Service Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and quality management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for standardization and process optimization
• Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive efficiency gains
• Provide training and mentoring on CI methodologies and Lean Six Sigma principles
• Sustain the Quality Management System across the Centers

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement driving projects through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with Finance processes, specific focus on Cost Accounting - Inventory processes
• Capable of managing stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• Excellent negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, multi-task, and meet deadlines consistently
