Responsibilities

This Reporting and Metrics Expert will be responsible for:

  • Understanding and executing the key priorities of the Finance Quality program to ensure successful and timely operations management, including interaction between teams, RAG status progress against objectives, SLAs, and mitigating risk through proper escalations and issue management.
  • Executing key performance indicators and metrics, producing monthly, weekly, and daily status, validating, aligning, and coordinating results with Pillars groups, supporting and presenting final results, and managing presentations at senior level.
  • Managing large forums to create, drive, and present senior presentations, including results for each Quality Assurance Testing cycle. Forums include Quality Assurance Working Group, Oversight Committee, Post-Mortem, Monthly Operation Reviews, etc.
  • Collaborating with Quality Assurance process, Report Pillar Leads, and key stakeholders' teams (CDO, GFT, and Report Owners) across regions to ensure robust operations and metrics in alignment with QA Target Operating Model.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Ability to work with multiple functions.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
