We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reconciliations on our reporting tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of assigned processes in line with global guidelines.
- Preparation of accounts to ensure adherence to key controls.
- Integration of disciplinary knowledge with basic understanding of industry practices.
- Delivering routine accounting deliverables to provide defined outputs.
You will work closely with Legal Entity Managers to communicate the status of reconciliations/accounting performed and escalate any problems or issues as appropriate.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A basic level of experience in accounting management (combination of education/experience).
- English language proficiency (minimum 75% equivalent B1).
- Proficiency in Excel required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a Bachelor's/University degree in progress, advanced English, attention to detail, good analytical skills, and advanced Excel skills. Data bases knowledge and accounting/audit experience are desirable.
