**Supplier Performance Improvement Specialist**
We are seeking a highly motivated Supplier Performance Improvement Specialist to join our Global Supplier Quality team. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving supplier performance and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to intake, assess, and communicate supplier change requests, develop integration of various data sources, and lead verification of data integrity. You will also provide timely and accurate communication to the Global Supplier Quality team on supplier performance and lead meetings related to supplier performance monitoring and strategy.
A key aspect of this role is generating and maintaining responsibility for Supplier Quality Agreements that align with Thermo Fisher expectations for manufacture to ensure compliance with current standards, guidance documents, and regulations for the sale of product as applicable.
Collaboration with other departments is essential to define actions and priorities for supplier-related metrics. Strong proficiency in quality management software, Excel, Word, and Access is required. Interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and a strong work demeanor that exhibits drive, creativity, collaboration, assertiveness, good judgment, decision-making, and ambition are also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering or Science, proven experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in direct support of Supplier Management.
