Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Operations Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks and ensuring given SLAs are met per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of assigned tasks and ensure given SLAs are met per quality standards.
- Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Selling Partners, including the appropriate escalation of Sellers' issues.
- Create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements.
- Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, and creative assets into advertising designs.
- Design cohesive premium content across multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile.
- Understand usability principles that help drive successful design.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues.
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively aid team members with difficult contacts as needed.
- Maintain outstanding performance metrics, such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends to appropriate channels, including improvement suggestions.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Selling Partner Paid Services, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
- Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
