The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our bars. Our ideal candidate will be able to craft classic and innovative drinks, exceeding customer expectations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in all bar service areas, including table spaces and storage facilities
  • Communicate effectively with floor bartenders to guarantee accurate and prompt service
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures as outlined in relevant checklists
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to exact recipes and protocols
  • Report any exceptional events or issues during shifts to BarMasters and Supervisors
  • Perform daily tasks as scheduled in weekly task schedules

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in bars and cocktails
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Capacity to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
