**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in understanding invoice to cash process activities through training and skill acquisition.
  • Contribute to collection process improvement with expert assistance.
  • Complete daily tasks, which include collection process assistance from an expert.
  • Upload invoices into portals and follow up on those that cannot be uploaded.
  • Ensure conciliation of generated invoices versus uploaded invoices.
  • Run SAP Reports.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment, participating in meetings and tasks.
  • Attend internal training sessions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Student in accounting or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Adobe Reader.
  • English language proficiency at level B2.
  • Desired but not required experience with SAP, banking portals, and other ERP systems.
