In this role, you will work closely with the business to identify potential solutions to make processes more efficient and apply technology solutions to achieve straight-through processing. You will also be responsible for engaging with technology partners to implement changes and control implementations.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and diplomacy skills, as well as the ability to exercise independence of judgment and autonomy. You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
