About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Support Specialist. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will provide strong product and market support to drive revenue growth in the North American market.
You will actively engage with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to develop and implement go-to-market plans and product strategies.
Your expertise will be utilized to manage and improve business operational procedures, develop sales training and client-facing materials, and ensure product libraries are current relative to product collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product support and market intelligence to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans and product strategies
- Manage and improve business operational procedures
- Develop sales training and client-facing materials
- Maintain external and internal facing marketing product documentation
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of experience in product support, client services, or related field
- Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry (credit experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with various stakeholders
- High sense of urgency and ability to navigate a matrix environment
- Experience managing projects and multiple stakeholders
