Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to join our team at SYK Costa Rica Services S.R.L. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead our accounting functions and drive business growth.

As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to management on financial matters.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field with 4-5+ years of relevant working experience in similar roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Intermediate level: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, formulas, etc.)
  • English level B2+

If you have a passion for accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership abilities, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
