About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Buying Support Specialist to join our Global Business Services team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive process efficiency, standardization, and sustainability in our service operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure process efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze and address exceptions, driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for your team.
What We Need from You
To succeed, you'll need:
- Process design and mapping expertise, as well as business requirement gathering experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer or Programming Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Requirements
This role demands:
- At least two years of buying process experience, including purchases and handling purchase orders.
- English intermediate proficiency required; Portuguese language skills desired.
- SAP tool experience is mandatory.
No relocation support is available for this position.
