The role of a Citi professional in the Institutional Client Group (ICG) is to provide financial reporting support for various legal entities and segments within the organization. Additionally, this position facilitates interactions with other key areas such as Close, Corporate Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Product Control. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accountable for the end results of an area
  • Exercises control over resources, policy formulation, and planning
  • Involved in short-to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area
  • Comprehends Global Process landscape
  • Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Masters preferred; CPA preferred
  • 5+ years supervising experience
  • Experience with structured products, derivatives, or other financial instruments, and/or bank regulatory reporting is preferred
  • Advance skill in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Advanced English proficiency (any other language is a plus)
