**Responsibilities:**
The Payroll Operations Specialist will perform a variety of tasks, including business analysis support, creating and managing documentation, and executing test plans.
This individual will identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and communicate results clearly. They will also create and run data verification reports, interact with customers, and plan/executed complex projects.
Key qualifications include 5-8 years of experience in a related field, demonstrated execution capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of payroll operations principles.
A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is also required.
