The Role
">We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, creating frameworks from scratch and scaling them.
This role involves collaborating with the software development team to review requirement specifications, design and execute test cases, and implement test automation frameworks and current QA processes.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for new and existing products;">
- Participate in Agile methodology, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement meetings, retrospectives, and QA team meetings;">
- Deliver test reports, test cases, and code quality metrics;">
- Communicate status to management and teams;">
- Stay up-to-date on requirements and design documents;">
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing tools;">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in test automation;">
- Fluency in Ruby (a plus);">
- A self-starting attitude with experience working in fast-paced agile environments;">
- Bilingual in English and Spanish;">
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools and methodologies;">
