We're seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Buying Operations Specialist to join our team at Citi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Channeling Procurement Requests: Receive and channel procurement requests from internal users, ensuring they are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Obtaining Quotations: Obtain quotations for requests below country threshold that do not require competitive bidding exercise.
- Purchasing Activities: Perform purchasing activities for one-time buys, unplanned/reactive, bid/quote and buy methodology, low expenditure/complexity, unique purchase requirements, emergency time-sensitive, and where sourcing is not done as part of the strategic process.
- Managing Purchase Orders: Manage approval of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining Catalogue Content: Maintain catalogue content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Qualifications:
- University Graduate: You must have a university graduate degree.
- Procurement Experience: 2 years of experience in procurement environment is required.
- English Language Proficiency: A high level of English language proficiency (writing, speaking, and reading) is essential.
