About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 6 years of related experience, or a Master's degree in Accounting with 4 years of experience. The candidate must have advanced English language skills and a strong background in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain Intel's financial records, negotiate and manage audits with audit seniors, manage interactions with external auditors and government authorities, and provide data analysis and insights that help stakeholders understand Intel's position to make appropriate financial decisions.
  • Maintain and analyze the ledger accounts and prepare internal financial reporting of revenue, sales, and tax, and regulatory statutory financial reports.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain finance policies, procedures, internal controls, accounting standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted reporting standards.
  • Define the accounting system roadmap and system requirements for the future and assist or direct system programming resources to develop accounting systems.
  • Validate the month-end accounts ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the reported results, ensures that schedules are prepared timely in a way that drives insights into the business results, proactively responds to management or auditor questions, and resolves issues.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors and supports local corporate tax compliance, accounting, and reporting, ensuring local statutory accounts are filed on time to the appropriate authorities.
  • Support business partners on accounting automation and ad-hoc projects and act as the key point of contact for accounting/finance-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate standards and internal controls over financial reporting and operate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure proper accounting for new or unique transactions.
