**Operational Excellence Analyst**

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Operational Excellence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve operational processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests and completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
  • Collaborate with global Master Data Global Operations Support team to meet Service Level Agreements

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • 2-3 years of work experience in shared service centers, customer service or master data management, supply chain or manufacturing
  • Business level fluency in English (B1 or higher) both spoken and written
  • Spanish (Advanced) or as a primary language
