**Job Summary**
Cbre seeks an experienced Workplace Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering client occupancy requirements, ensuring space use is optimized and documented, and addressing business needs effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze client data to inform occupancy planning decisions
- Develop and implement migration plans and sequencing of group-level moves/relocations
- Collaborate with clients to develop and maintain IWMS Envisioning and Implementation requirements
- Track and report projected versus actual seat counts
- Analyze and report on current occupancy information, maintaining the planning database and capturing post-move project space assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Interior or Workspace Design, Construction Management, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in workplace design, with a focus on occupancy planning and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to others
- Experience with IWMS systems and a willingness to learn new skills
