Job Overview

As a Sr Data Informatics Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this mission by driving Cloud and Infrastructure strategy leveraging AI, Machine Learning and other advanced Analytics to inform our go-forward enterprise strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Impactful Results

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Data Informatics Analyst to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver effective Cloud Analytics and reporting across the Cloud business, leveraging Analytics and tools. You will ensure metrics are focused on driving the achievement of goals and productivity for the Cloud business. Additionally, you will create, track, and report on financial metrics and OKRs for all aspects of Cloud operations.

Establish Key Performance Indicators

You will establish key performance indicators, SLA's, metrics and measurements demonstrating focus on total cost of ownership. This includes executing analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met. Furthermore, you will enforce and follow all company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity.

Solve Complex Problems

You will identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Define critical KPIs and build core operational dashboards to help teams drive operational rigor and manage performance. Identify and implement critical metrics vital to manage and monitor the performance of overall operations including: capacity, availability, budget, and inventory. Implement organizational level dashboards including forecasting, planning, deployment, incident and problem management, and change management analytics across Cloud/Infrastructure & Operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or any other related field.
  • 4+ years of working experience as an analyst with 1+ of those years in designing and development data visualization and executive level dashboards.
  • Must have expert level understanding of financial dashboard design and data visualization best practices.
  • An understanding of cloud architecture, underlying markets and key market drivers, and global megatrends and the value of data & analytics in acting on external disruption and market trends.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing requirements.

Please note that knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and Performance Analytics is desirable but not required.
