We are looking for a talented Financial Transactions Expert to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica. As a key member of the Transactional Finance Team, you will be responsible for implementing general ledger accounts reconciliations and follow-up on balancing items.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing analysis of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy
- Investigating suspicious transactions and taking appropriate action
- Coordinating with the team to meet important metrics and SLA targets
In addition, you will be accountable for training and development plans, continuous improvement initiatives, and reviewing performance and people goals twice a year.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in R2R processes as General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & Fixed Assets, and shared service center experience.
Technical skills required include medium/advanced knowledge in transactional platforms (ERP, SAP), MS Office, and coordination and planning activities using time efficiently.
