**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal team at YNV Group. The ideal candidate will provide in-house legal services to our group of companies across Costa Rica and Latin America.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various legal documents and agreements relating to commercial supplier and customer transactions.
  • Providing legal advice and counsel to our business teams on legal solutions relating to our operations in the LATAM region.
  • Conducting legal research and summarizing and communicating legal risks while allowing a balance of risk that conforms to our business goals.
  • Responsible for the daily corporate compliance of all CR YNV Group-based entities.

**Requirements**:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in legal practice in CR, either in a large local law firm or as in-house counsel advising large local and multinational corporations.
  • Excellent contract review, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the capacity to handle complex matters under strict deadlines and pressure.
