In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Operations team with reporting and data processing activities. You will also have the opportunity to explore and propose opportunities for systems and process enhancements.
As a Logistics and Procurement Professional, you will be integral to ensuring best-in-class supply performance both internally and with external partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily/weekly reporting functions, interpreting data from various systems and summarizing it to enable further actions from specified process owners
- Exploring and proposing opportunities for systems and process enhancements
- Participating in different Supply Chain projects as requested by your people leader
You will collaborate with team members across the organization to meet relevant project objectives and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis to provide best customer support and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, Maths, or Economy
- Knowledge of supply chain main concepts such as demand, material planning, order management, logistics
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to learn and develop skills for further professional growth in Supply Chain
