Job DescriptionThis role provides critical support to our Local Finance Manager related to cash flow, accounts payable, controlling, and automation. Key responsibilities include:
- Cash Management: Control accounts balance, plan FX operations, and negotiate and project cash flows.
- Supplier Management: Lead suppliers on credit terms, payments, system updates, and guarantee guidelines.
- Controlling Business Partner: Support Finance Manager and stakeholders to understand P&L.
- Monthly Billing.
- Governance: Ensure correct costs and billing according to guidelines.
- Automation: Support Local Finance team to reduce manual work.
- Support presentation to management and Kuehne+Nagel board members.
- Support Payroll team in processes, payments, and correct cost calculations.
The schedule we offer is Monday to Friday, 7:45am to 4:45pm, with 100% on-site work.
Your Skills and Experiences- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- High knowledge in FP&A and controlling.
- Cash flow projection.
- Advanced English level - written and oral.
- Advanced Excel (formulas, query, and VBA).
- Process-oriented person (six sigma a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
