The Tax and Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of payroll services for Mondelez International's North American operations. This includes maintaining expertise in payroll tax processes and regulations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payroll taxes, and resolving any related issues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US and Canadian payroll tax processes and regulations
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payroll taxes
- Support payroll reports and reconciliation, including benefits, union dues, and stock options
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in payroll experience for USA & Canada
- Experience in a complex payroll environment
- General knowledge of Fed, State, and Local Taxes USA/ Province & Fed for Canada (preferred)
- Advanced English
