**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Community Associate to join our team at WeWork.

This role involves managing the front desk, planning events, and ensuring building operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
  • Plan and execute events that celebrate members' successes and milestones
  • Manage building operations, including mail and package processing

**Responsibilities**

- Front Desk Management: greet members and guests, anticipate needs, keep front desk clean and organized

- Events and Membership Engagement: plan and execute events, distribute event information, identify opportunities to connect members

- Building Operations and Management: manage mail and package processing, keep mailroom organized, investigate and resolve lost packages

**Requirements**

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for entrepreneurial communities.

- College graduate preferred; customer service and sales experience a plus

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and multitasking skills

- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
