**Job Summary**

JLL is seeking a talented Space Planner to join our team. As a Space Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing our workplace, ensuring that our facilities are efficient and effective.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement space planning solutions that meet business needs
  • Manage and maintain CAFM / IWMS data to ensure accuracy of reporting
  • Facilitate and resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings
  • Compile a tactical view of the campus to support business needs
  • Support the preparation of communications that assist business reps to understand proposed accommodation solutions

**Requirements**

  • Experience with space planning and CAFM / IWMS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Microsoft office tools and AutoCAD skills
