The successful candidate will lead a team of Digital Treatment Planning Designers in DPS, responsible for managing daily activities, working schedules and performance of the team. They will also be responsible for reporting daily production operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the quality of products.

This position requires excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate staff, maintain individual and group discipline and teamwork.
