Job Summary: Auxis is seeking a skilled Claims Processor to provide support to one of our largest healthcare clients. As an Insurance Plan Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate updates of insurance policies in various databases.
About the Role:
You will play a crucial role in determining patient insurance status and extent of benefits, facilitating an efficient billing process for medical providers. Your responsibilities will include outbound calls and back-office tasks, requiring excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in data entry
- Strong language skills in English-Spanish (B2+ or above)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment
