Your Role
">You will play a key role in delivering high-quality training experiences, enhancing the learning process by designing and developing effective materials.
">As a Trainer, you will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Management, and others to create training objectives, materials, and content.

">You will:

- Design and develop engaging presentation and training materials, including design, layout, and content development for in-person, remote, and Computer-Based Training modules.">
- Facilitate classroom training sessions for new hires.">
- Maintain positive relationships with team members across all levels to resolve issues and promote our fast-paced work culture, emphasizing the value of training.">
- Stay up-to-date with new knowledge, software, and best practices while working with others.">
- Develop testing questions and design systems to measure and report on training effectiveness.">
- Train team members on various topics, including government regulations, company strategies, systems, policies, procedures, leadership, soft skills, software, and more (up to 20% of this position).">
- Work with the global training team to enhance their capabilities, champion best practices, and support functional trainers.">
- Provide feedback on training experiences and trainee performance, analyzing data and offering insights.">
- Train new staff on applicable government regulations and company strategies, systems, policies, and procedures.">
- Review or delegate job-specific training conducted by Managing Coaches or appointed delegates.">
- Develop and implement new training methodologies, procedures, and materials.">
- Recommend deployment of new staff during the training process.">
- Complete random audits on client portfolios and recorded calls, reviewing results with appropriate managers.">
- Assist Managing Coaches in completing file and performance reviews, conducting training, and coaching.">
- Notify managers of any malpractice by agents or trace agents, as identified in audits, to facilitate training or disciplinary action.">
- Support team members by answering questions and providing call assistance.">
- Promote company core values and other programs.">
Requirements
">A certificate in adult education or equivalent experience is preferred.
">A college diploma or university degree in a designated field is an asset.
">Experience
">At least 6 months of facilitation experience (or equivalent) plus 2 years of successful management experience in a training function, or equivalent experience at Bill Gosling Outsourcing or elsewhere.
">Demonstrated experience in Leadership, innovation, and understanding of adult learning principles and technology is a plus but not required.
