About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign & Creative Manager to join our team at Amazon Advertising. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of advertising campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and developing process and product improvement projects to enhance cross-vertical/cross-locale efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the execution of advertising campaigns with internal teams.
  • Manage the troubleshooting of issues as surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.
  • Analyze data to develop and manage process and product improvement projects with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns for specific areas of business.
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks.
  • Follow established SOPs and invent and simplify when needed.
  • Meet business metrics and goals, including production, quality targets, and service level agreements.
  • Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
About the Team

This role may support various categories/verticals based upon the needs of the business. Campaign & Creative Managers work with advertisers, AEs, AMs, AdOps, Design, and other teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
