Payroll Specialist for LATAM

At Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica, we are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional payroll services and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in payroll processing for Costa Rica or other LATAM countries. You will also possess strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills, as well as advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas.
We are looking for someone with good analytical skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labor law. Additionally, the successful candidate will be familiar with payroll software, such as Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, SAP, and T&A systems.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with our Operational Excellence team to improve processes and implement better solutions. You will also have opportunities to develop your career through our Payroll Academy and other training programs.
