We are seeking a skilled Stream Operator to join our team in Escazú, San José, Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling and assisting the video team with technical aspects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with leads by providing recommendations and support for new products
- Taking responsibility for the daily production
- Staying up-to-date with new software and trends that could be implemented to improve procedures and products

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in digital animation or audiovisuals related field
- At least 4 years of experience in multimedia and audiovisuals production
- Basic Sports knowledge is a plus
- Basic Sports Betting knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office + Google Drive & Microsoft Package
- Knowledge of YouTube
- Networks and telecommunications skills
- LIVE streaming experience, knowledge of live streaming software
- Tech support experience
- Audiovisuals management applied to technical support and equipment maintenance
- Problem solving skills & detail oriented
- Weekend availability
- Flexible schedule
- High English level (spoken & written)
- Accountability and reliability
Key milestones include:

- Complete knowledge of presenters and guests expectations
- Great communication with talent and the rest of the team
