As a Property Accountant III, you'll play a critical role in our Latin American region. You'll work closely with local country offices, finance, treasury, and other internal clients to ensure accurate accounting information is provided.

Your day-to-day will involve reviewing financial information for Latin America and North America & Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You'll analyze and explain variances, review aging of account balances, and perform monthly close duties.

We're looking for someone who's fluent in Spanish, has a degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. If you're a self-starter with good analytical and organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Review reconciliations of General Ledger accounts
  • Analyze and explain variances
  • Perform monthly close duties
  • Record and review asset accounting transactions
  • Collaborate with different countries in the region
  • Develop management analysis tools

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Advanced SAP knowledge and experience are strongly preferred
