About the Role:

We are looking for a talented DDI/SLB Engineer - Global Implementation to join our team at Pfizer. This role will be responsible for leading the design and support of our global implementation of Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), IP Address Management services, Service Load Balancing (SLB) and Global Service Load Balancing (GSLB).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement DDI/SLB services enhancements.
  2. Maintain highly available DDI/SLB services and related technology infrastructure.
  3. Process incident tickets in accordance with defined support procedures.
  4. Install and configure network hardware and software in accordance with design standards and change management procedures.
  5. Maintain design and support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in the network field.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively document network designs and communicate implementation details.
  • Demonstrated experience in an agile work environment possessing qualities such as a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
