About the Role

The Director of Food will be responsible for driving business results through effective leadership and strategic decision-making. This key position will play a critical role in meeting the brand's service standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain budgets to ensure financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to achieve exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across departments to drive business success.
  • Identify opportunities to increase profits and create value through innovation and process improvements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
  • Proven track record of achieving business results through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
