Key Responsibilities:

  • Create precise 3D bone models from CT scans under supervision.
  • Assist in refining and improving 3D models based on technical specifications and medical device requirements.
  • E nsure manufacturing files comply with manufacture, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create prints and manufacturing files from CAD models.
  • Provide support for critical information used in patient-specific solutions.
  • Participate in the iterative design process incorporating feedback to enhance models.
  • Follow detailed instructions and make simple judgments.

Business Objectives:

  • Meet and/or exceed business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives align with business goals.
  • Contribute to project timelines, striving for efficient task execution and timely milestone achievements.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, sharing progress updates and insights.
  • Contribute suggestions for continuous process improvement and optimization of project workflows.
  • Perform other tasks to support the activities of the business.

Medical Device Compliance:

  • Adhere to established medical device compliance standards and industry regulations.
  • Ensure all design processes and outputs comply with applicable guidelines, facilitating regulatory adherence and audit readiness.
  • Complete and keep track of training assigned to all employees in the business unit.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of the product's intended use and clinical procedures.

  • Display meticulous attention to detail in technical tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy.

Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
