We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field and at least 2 years of experience in payroll processing for Costa Rica or any other LATAM country. They will also possess advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas. Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.
In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external partners as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
- Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure effective communication and support.
