- Develop and maintain Telephony Monitoring Services, ensuring they are fully operational, updated, and aligned with industry best practices">
- Provide advanced-level technical support for Telephony Infrastructure, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex issues">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Telephony solutions that meet business needs and requirements">
- Document and maintain accurate records of Telephony configurations, Bill of Materials, and topologies for new and existing Emerson sites">
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for local IT staff, new team members, and interns on Telephony Infrastructure Services">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will possess a degree-level education or equivalent experience, minimum 1-2 years of experience in a VOIP management role, preferably in an Enterprise environment. Strong proficiency in Cisco Certified Network Administrator (Collaboration) or equivalent experience, Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), and Office basic administration skills is required. Experience working with VOIP monitoring tools, service desk ticketing systems, and effective communication skills are also essential.
