**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify opportunities to improve / enhance via scripting, process orchestration and automation.
- Support the DevOps team providing feedback on the process and mentoring junior DevOps team members
- Install/Update/patch our tools in Unix environments.
- Asses the need of new tools to support new/existing development efforts.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience automating CI/CD processes for development teams
- 1 or more years of experience using the agile methodology
- Passion and drive to improve efficiencies in how we deliver IT services
**Required Skills**:
- Experience with CI/CD tools, cloud based preferably.
- Experience with code management software such as BitBucket (based on Git) and agile tools such as JIRA.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts
- Scripting skills using Python, Bash, etc., with the ability to pick up any scripting language quickly
- Understanding of web protocols (HTTP, SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
**Desired Skills**:
- Proficiency with AWS public cloud platform
- Understanding of Docker and other container technologies
- Understanding of Unix and Windows administration
