We provide tickets to many events and shows across the world including music, sports and theatrical performances.

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team, a crucial role in managing and nurturing Partners relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
You will be responsible for managing the relationship between us and our sellers.
You will work closely with Partners to understand their needs and requirements and provide guidance and support to ensure their success working along with REPS & Co. You will work with our sellers from onboarding through inventory delivery.
Analysts are the revenue drivers of this company.
The role of the analyst is a full-time, remote role dedicated to researching and investing in tickets.
The role has two main functions:

- The development, implementation, and execution of purchasing tickets for the company.
- Collaborating with our pricing team to closely manage the selling of our inventory

While there are only two main functions, the scope of this work is vast and constantly changing.
Due to this fact, innovation has been a vital part of our tremendous growth.
REPs and the analyst team prides itself on its ability to innovate as the market moves quickly and opportunities seldom present themselves for long periods of time.

People hired for the analyst role will have the ability to learn the ins and outs of the ticketing industry and will gain valuable skills in a fast-paced, fun, collaborative environment.
- Purchasing high volume tickets in the entertainment industry that meet very specific qualifications
- Conducting research and aggregating all relevant data to devise investment strategies
- Growing total gross margin dollars by identifying pricing actions that encourage higher sale values and margin rates
- Presenting pricing analysis with insights, trends, and suggestions for our pricing team
- Assisting R&D efforts of the development team with market views and feedback
- Performing other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Analytical proficiencies to derive insights from large and complex sets of business data
- Strong personal interest in stock market and gaming
- Technologically savvy - capable of working quickly on a computer with limited mistakes
- A hands-on mentality, capable of executing under pressure
- Ability to defend pricing process or guidance against strong arguments
