Responsable de liderar y realizar todos los procesos de digitalización del proyecto tales como: preparación de documentos (eliminación de sujetadores como grapas, clic, ligas, entre otros) escaneo de imágenes (según parámetros solicitados por el cliente), indexación de documentos, control de calidad de lo procesado, y armado de documentos de acuerdo con las solicitudes específicas del cliente según el proyecto.
- Utilizando softwares propios de la compañía como de terceros para los debidos procesos de digitalización.
- Seguir los procedimientos de producción y completar los documentos para seguimiento interno.
- Cumplir con las pautas del Imaging Center de mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio.
- Realizar controles de calidad de los procesos realizados para garantizar la precisión y corregir cualquier problema de calidad según sea necesario.
- Detectar errores de imagen y determinar / documentar la causa de los errores detectados durante el control de calidad.
- Utilice el teclado para realizar la entrada manual de datos de los campos obligatorios para la validación y / o verificación.
- Vuelva a ensamblar los documentos a su estado original según sea necesario.
- Prepare el producto para la entrega y asegúrese de que toda la documentación por procesar esté completa.
- Mantener y garantizar un rendimiento óptimo del hardware y software de escaneo y equipo asignado para solucionar errores según sea necesario.
En caso de determinar un problema mayor, comunicarlo a su jefatura inmediata.
- Ayudar en la formación de nuevos especialistas en imágenes.
- Cumplir con el mantenimiento diario y los controles de seguridad de todos los equipos.
- Utilice carretillas según sea necesario.
