What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Capital Accounting Analyst to join our team:
**Location**: Santa Ana, Costa Rica.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: Hybrid.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term

**This role is responsible for**:
Ensure that all role's tasks are developed in the correct way and time.
Review the internal and external client requests and process / respond in the established times.
Process the LA and NA fixed asset capitalizations following the correct established processes and timing (ROC).
Process the LA and NA fixed asset dispose following the correct established processes and timing (FADOS).
Process the creation of WBS capital project structures for LA and NA
Process reclassifications in the PG system for LA and NA
Process the LA and NA fixed assets master data update.
(AMRC).
Create COUPA purchases requisition following the correct established processes and timing.
Create the COUPA and JDE GRs following the correct established processes and timing.
What is your day to day?
**Capitalizations**:
Ensure that all approvals and supporting documentation are correct before processing asset capitalization.
Ensure capitalization during the first 60 days after receiving the goods and services.
Follow-up the E-forms processed to ensure the correct assets depreciation.
**FADOS**:
Ensure that all approvals and supporting documentation are correct before processing asset FADOs.
Review that all sales, donations, and destruction are carried out following the protocols established by P&G.
Ensure that the process is correctly concluded no later than 60 days after the sale, donation, and destruction of the assets.
**Reclassifications**:
Ensure that all approvals and support documentation are correct before reclassification.
Verify that the amounts are available in the indicated accounts.
Confirm that the funds were transferred to the correct accounts.
**WBS structures**:
Create the WBS structures according to capital and expenditure approved.
Confirm the WBS creation to the project manager including all supporting documentation.
Check that there are no imbalances when the project must be closed.
Make the administrative closure of the projects.
**Requisitions and GRs**:
Enter the data into the COUPA/JDE system.
Notify the approver of the information entered.
Send confirmation of the purchase order created/GR created to the requester.
**JLL Systems**:
Review and maintain the data in charge of the CCT of the projects in Clarizen, to guarantee that they contain all the required information and that it is correct according to the type of project, current status and country.
Process the Clarizen project conversion from "Capital Planning" to "Project Delivery" correctly.
Ensure that all changes requested by Project Managers are approved in STEAM (where required).
Update the information in SAP and Clarizen.
Perform periodic audits, to ensure that SAP and Clarizen reflect the same information.

Pass all client's and JLL audits relative to Capital and Fixed Asset Management

Desired experience and technical skills
Academic/Experience
High school or technical degree, preferably with studies in business administration, accounting, and / or finance.
Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SAP.
1 year of experience in related positions.
