This role is part of the Enterprise Chief Data Office under the Data Integration pillar within the Data Tracing program, Data Tracing is a key function that validates the accuracy of reported transactions, including data attribute values reported or that are used to support the reporting of underlying transactions, as well as a transaction's overall conformance to the reporting requirements.
Data Tracing program is a global initiative across three different locations (Manila, Costa Rica, and Tampa).
This role will report into the Global Data Tracing Operations, Analytics and Tooling Lead - SVP.
This role will be responsible for driving the production and coordination of the end-to-end operations and multiyear calendar during regular Data Tracing cycles.
In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for designing, building, and running metrics and analytics across day-to-day operations.
Reports in scope will include CCAR & Other Regulatory Reports, Liquidity & Reg.
Capital, and Risk Management.
Senior presentations are required as part of the analytics and insights to be presented during and at the end of each cycle.
In addition to a strong finance, operations and metrics background, your expertise and passion for embracing and driving change, navigating, and overcoming obstacles, and working well independently and in team settings will be key to your success and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and execute the key priorities of the Data Tracing program to successful deliver on time operations management, including interaction between teams, RAG status progress against objectives, SLAs and mitigating risk through proper escalations and issue management.
- Participate and execute in the development of key performance indicators and operational metrics, including dashboards and other measurements of success, leveraging data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, among others.
- Managing large forums, to create, drive and present senior presentations, including final results for each Data Tracing cycle.
Forums includes Data Tracing Working Group, Post-Mortem, Weekly Operation, etc.
- Strong interaction and partnership between Data Tracing process/report leads and stakeholders' teams (FCDO, Other ECDO groups, GFT and Report Owners) across the regions to ensure robust operations and metrics in alignment with Target Operating Model.
- Other specific responsibilities as related to the supported function, including requirements gathering, issue root cause remediation and accountability, Ad hoc support for Regulatory, Liquidity and Risk Reporting enquiries as required.
**Requirements**:

- English advance
- Bachelor degree completed
- 5-8 years working in the shared services industry, financial data management, or financial data remediation
- Experience in preparing and delivering senior executive-level presentations with excellent
- Experience running operations both regionally and globally
- Demonstrated history of successful people management or/and influencing others to achieve a collective goal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt the style to suit the audience
- Leadership skills combined with the ability to influence senior stakeholders formally and informally are essential
- Outstanding analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with ability to break challenges into component parts
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and high attention to detail
- Experience working with Tableau Desktop Specialist or Power BI and others analytics reporting tools
- Demonstrated knowledge or certification in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
**Desirable**:

- Project Management certification
- Academic background related to Finance, Accounting, Data Management or related field.
- Team management experience is a plus
- Demonstrated experience on operations and data function within Banking organization
- Demonstrated experience working with financial products life cycles and associated data needs
- Practical experience of data management, data remediation, front to back system data flows, data handling, transmission, aggregation and/or data modelling
- Program and project management skills that include both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum is a plus)
