ACRM KYC Risk Evaluation Management (REM) is an AML function that is responsible for conducting a risk evaluation of new and existing clients with certain high-risk attributes for all line of business.
A risk evaluation is a holistic assessment of these high-risk attributes reviewing in conjunction with the client's KYC Profile to determine whether to on-board or maintain the relationship from an AML perspective.
The Operational Support Senior Analyst must understand operations' and it is responsible for analyzing and working with leaders and key stakeholders to resolve issues, identify and implement process and system improvements.
This role will have a critical responsibility for monitoring risk rating overrides, coordinating works and ensuring service level agreements are met.
This position will work directly with senior management of the organization and will work very closely with functional team leaders to accurately identify business needs and available resources to appropriately support on the transformation of the program.
This will involve ensuring required resources are identified, planned, organized.
**Responsibilities**:
Track and perform reconciliation on requested risk rating overrides
Help lead the re-engineering of key processes to deliver best in class standardized, streamlined and simplified capabilities across the organization.
Identify opportunities for automation when applicable.
Partners with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions
Uses professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise to resolve varied and complex issues that have notable impact on the business.
Applies good understanding of how the team/area interacts with other departments in accomplishing the objectives of the sub-function / job family.
Applies project management skills to support operational projects as assigned.
Works and coordinates with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers and technologists.
Assisting department's leaders in carrying out project duties and tasks, testing
Analyze opportunities in the process and propose them to managers
Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
Analyze and make decisions on critical steps
Recognize and escalate problems in order to avoid recurrences in the future
Support the workflow tasks
Identify opportunities in all the support processes and provide solutions
Responsibilities may evolve as the program dictates
**Qualifications**:
2-3 years' experience in similar roles is a plus
Intermediate to advance MS Office Suite
Strong analytical skills so as to understand and interpret data
Experience in decision making with a sense of urgency
Promotes teamwork to achieve common goals
Good communication skills
Creative, innovative
Self-learner, inquisitive mindset
Executive presence
Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner.
Pays attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

Basic knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications will be a plus
