Education / Educación:  Técnico de Vocacional Graduado o de Programa Técnico Completo (350 horas mínimo) en Técnico en Mecánica de precisión, electromecánico, eléctrico o afín.
Conocimientos deseables: Conocimientos básicos en setup, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas de moldes.
Conocimientos básico en setup, mantenimiento y resolución de problemas de equipos especializados, tales como Electroerosionadoras de hilo, laser: cortadora, marcadora, soldadora y rectificadora electroquímica.
Conocimiento básico en procesos químicos, como electropulido, pasivado, limpieza alcalina, etc Conocimiento básico en sistemas electromecanicos y/o electricos y resolucion de problemas de los mismos.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities / Resumen de funciones y responsabilidades: Ejecutar la Instalación, ajuste y regulación al equipo de maquinado para garantizar su buen funcionamiento.
Cumpliendo con los estándares y normas tanto de seguridad, como de calidad, requeridas por la compañía.
Realizar soporte técnico diario, mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos a equipos especializados además de fixtures que estén relacionados directamente, o sean parte del proceso de manufactura de los dispositivos ensamblados en áreas externas (Satélites), para mantener su funcionamiento constante y efectivo, para un soporte apropiado del proceso de manufactura, en su unidad de negocio.
Solicitar y/o coordinar, en conjunto con su jefatura directa, la creación y modificación de piezas para los diferentes fixtures, máquinas, equipos y/ o necesidades de producción, con el fin de soportar mejoras al proceso y/o equipos.
Identificar y comunicar a su jefatura inmediata, los repuestos y/o herramientas críticas, necesarias para el funcionamiento apropiado de los procesos de manufactura.
Ingresar equipos y/o fixtures en el sistema PLM (Agile), mediante la creación de los IDs respectivos, con el fin de soportar la inclusión de nuevos equipos en el sistema, según sea requerido por los clientes del departamento.
Ejecutar actividades que brindan soporte efectivo en los procesos de mejora continua y/o solución de problemas, relacionados a los KPIs de su unidad de negocio: Yields / Scrap / Equip.
& Fixtures Downtime.
Esto con el fin de lograr las metas y objetivos estratégicos definidos por la organización.
Brindar un soporte técnico, efectivo, a nivel de backup a compañeros, de otras áreas productivas y/o procesos, y en coordinación con su supervisor.
Esto con el fin de bridar una cobertura apropiada y efectiva al proceso, asegurando la continuidad del negocio.
Ejecutar y brindar soporte a estudios, pruebas de ingeniería e investigaciones de equipos calibrados que se hallen fuera de tolerancia, esto, en coordinación con su supervisor inmediato y/o un técnico de nivel superior, con el fin de brindar la información, que sirva de base, para futuros cambios y/o mejoras al proceso y/o equipos.
Ejecutar procesos de validación (Dry Runs, IQs, OQs & PQs/PPQs, etc), en coordinación con su supervisor inmediato y/o un técnico de nivel superior, esto con el fin de apoyar las necesidades productivas y regulatorias de la organización.
Elaborar los reportes solicitados por su superior inmediato: Passdown, Downtime de equipos, Investigaciones, Tiempo laborado, etc.
Estos reportes pueden variar en cantidad y naturaleza, y se dan con el fin de cumplir con los controles internos de la organización.
Asistir a reuniones de excelencia operacional, tales como reuniones alineamiento diarias del departamento, reuniones de nivel 1 y 1.5 según aplique.
Contactar a suplidores (Nacionales y/o internacionales) para solicitar información técnica requerida o para adquirir nuevos equipos.
Generación de requisiciones de compras de equipos, fixtures y herramientas necesarias para asegurar la continuidad del negocio.
Disponibilidad de laborar en horas extras cuando sea requerido por la organización para asegurar la continuidad del negocio.
Asistir y brindar soporte en Gemba Walks de ser requerido.
Cumplir efectivamente cualquier tarea y/o asignación técnica, asignada por su jefatura inmediata.
